  • Promoting technically sound community health approaches that are flexible, respond appropriately to local needs and influences, and are designed to reduce dependency on insecure resources.

  • Identifying and disseminating NGO-tested innovations and local experiences to strengthen program models and influence policy affecting child health and development outcomes.
