Individual Associates

Individual associates are professionals whose work relates to community health for underserved people in low and middle income countries, but are not on staff of organizations qualified to become member NGOs. This includes independent consultants and staff of other types of organizations.

William Brady

Over the past 30 years, William as worked as a medical and public health practitioner in more than 40 countries serving populations mostly middle to low income settings- populations that are often the most vulnerable and at risk for poor health outcomes. He continues to be committed in working jointly with his global partners and colleagues to make a better and healthier world. Also, where the opportunity exists, he would like to make available his learned skill sets and experience toward mentorship of younger public health colleagues.

Jean Capps

Jean has over 30 years of experience in the health care field, most of it working with PVOs and international organizations in developing countries. She specializes in maternal child health, malaria, HIV/AIDS and TB, primarily at the community and first level health facilities. She has also worked professionally with over half of the organizations that belong to the CORE group.

Loretta Dostal

Loretta has worked in public health for more than 22 years. She has experience in community health, maternal child health, malaria, HIV/AIDS, program management, proposal writing, HSS training, BCC, and organizational/LNGO development.

Paul Freeman

Paul is a  physician trained in tropical disease control, health personnel education, and health program management and evaluation with 25 years of experience in capacity building and the design, planning, and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health programs, generally with a focus on primay health care and child survival in 12 developing countries.

Devasena Gnanashanmugam

Bonnie Kittle

With decades of experience in intenrational development with a focus on maternal and child health, Bonnie is a specialist in behavior change, capacity building (curriculum design and training), and qualitative evaluation implementation. Bonnie has worked extensively in Africa with long term assignments in Niger, Burkina Faso, and Mali and well as Haiti., the Maldives, and Ecuador.
