‘CS project start-up: ready, set, manage!’

Management remains a central element of good child survival interventions. Good management of project start-up can have great importance on its overall success.

Participants will review the central functions of management to help us think through the issues with which project managers are faced. Ann Canavan (PFD Cambodia) and John Barrows (IEF USA) will present field-based illustrations. Finally, we will put our experiences together to start developing practical tips and guidelines for the management of CSP start-up. Bring tools, resources, your questions and your experience.
