Meeting Objectives:

1. Analyze CORE Working Group / Cooperating Agency relationships and provide recommendations to enhance them.
2. Review overall CORE workplan and provide input to working groups on key inter-working group areas of interest.
3. Finalize working group FY03 plans, including planning of coming events.
