Viewing Presentations

After clicking on the presentation link, it will take a few minutes for the presentation to load. Large files may take longer to load. Once the presentation is loaded, right click on your mouse, and the menu pictured at the left will come up. Click on "Full Screen" to see the presentation in show mode. In show mode the slides may be advanced by clicking on the screen or using the arrow keys on the keyboard.

While in full screen show mode, you may right click on your mouse and the menu pictured at left will come up. There are a number of options, including jumping directly to a particular slide, advancing slides forward or backward, or ending the slide show (selected).

Downloading Presentations and Documents

There are times when you may want to download a presentation or document for viewing off-line, copying to a laptop for later review, etc. Right click on the presentation or document link, and the menu pictured to the left will offer you several options. To download the file or "target", select "Save Target As." You will be prompted to select a destination folder on your computer.
